Frequently asked questions
LearnArmenia Pro is billed by Apple, so it is cancelled in your Apple Account settings rather than inside the app. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions.
- Select LearnArmenia in the list.
- Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.
- No Cancel button? The subscription is already cancelled and will simply expire on the renewal date.
LearnArmenia Pro is billed by Google Play, so it is cancelled in your Google account rather than inside the app. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap your profile icon in the top right corner.
- Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
- Select LearnArmenia and tap Cancel subscription.
- Pick a reason and confirm — Google emails you a confirmation.
Nothing changes right away. Pro stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then the account returns to the free tier. Your progress, bookmarks and statistics are not touched — only the Pro features become unavailable. You can subscribe again at any time.
No. The subscription belongs to your App Store or Google Play account, not to the device, so it keeps renewing after the app is removed. Cancel it in the store first, then delete the app.
Cancel it exactly like a paid subscription, but at least 24 hours before the trial ends — both stores charge for the first period the moment it expires. Cancelling does not cut the trial short: it stays available until its last day.
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple, and we cannot issue them on Apple's behalf. Open reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple Account, find the LearnArmenia purchase and choose "Request a refund". Apple reviews each request individually.
Apple: request a refundRefunds for Google Play purchases are handled by Google, and we cannot issue them on Google's behalf. Within 48 hours of the purchase you can request a refund yourself from your Play order history; after that Google reviews the request manually.
Google Play refund policyUsually the purchase only needs to be re-linked. Check that you are signed in with the same Apple Account or Google account you paid with, and with the same LearnArmenia account.
- Open Profile in the app.
- Tap Restore purchases and wait a few seconds.
- Still no Pro? Write to us with the purchase date and the email of the store account you paid from.
Yes, as long as you sign in with the same LearnArmenia account — Pro follows the account, not the device. Billing, however, stays with the store you bought from: a subscription purchased on iOS is still managed in the App Store even if you mostly use the Android app.
You can delete your account and all learning data yourself, from inside the app. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
- Open Profile in the app.
- Go to the account settings and choose Delete account.
- Confirm the deletion.
- Cancel an active subscription separately in the App Store or Google Play — deleting the account does not stop the billing.
Request a reset link on the sign-in screen and follow the instructions in the email — check the spam folder if it does not arrive within a few minutes. If you registered with Google or Apple, sign in with that same button: such accounts have no password.
The fastest route is inside the app: tap the three dots in the header on any screen and pick Report a bug or Feedback & Suggestions — on a wide screen those two icons sit in the header itself. The report reaches us with your device details attached, and you can add up to five screenshots. If you would rather use the form above or write to [email protected], please include:
- Device model and OS version — for example, iPhone 13, iOS 18.4 or Samsung S23, Android 15.
- App version, shown at the bottom of the Profile screen.
- What you did and what happened instead.
- A screenshot or screen recording, if you can capture one.
